Why does a basement remodel project cost so much?
A full basement remodel is similar to building an addition on your house. Many of the costs can be controlled based on the selections the homeowner makes.

What is the timeline for the project?
For basement remodels, once plans have been finalized and construction begins most basement remodels can be completed in 8-10 weeks. Certain items that must be ordered can add to this time, ie: cabinets, flooring, etc.
For Drop Ceilings, figure 1 day for every 600 square feet.
